AFRF will begin a soft launch of the AFRF Direct member portal beginning the week of April 27, 2026. The AFRF staff targets the enrollment of 50 retired members per week. Please check your mail for a letter containing your enrollment PIN. If you have recently moved, or have not updated your address since retirement, please contact our office to confirm that your correct address is on file. Once your PIN letter has been mailed, AFRF will not reissue it until the rollout has been completed for all retired members.

For active firefighters, the AFRF Direct member portal is still in development with a targeted completion date of August 2026. Please check back for information pertaining to your access at that time.
