The AFRF Board of Trustees expanded to seven members under House Bill 2802, allowing for the establishment of both standing and ad hoc subcommittees consisting of three trustees. The board established and adopted charters for three standing committees: an Investment Committee, a Benefits Committee, and a Policy Committee.
