Proposed Governance Policy and Fund Rules Revision

The proposed revisions to the Governance Policy and Fund Rules, as discussed during the July board meeting, can be reviewed in the documents below. Please note that the Governance Policy was updated after the July board meeting to reflect a request from Trustee Weaver.
