Retiree Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for retiree health insurance has begun. The open enrollment period runs through Sunday, November 5, 2023. Benefit changes will be effective January 1, 2024, with any deduction changes reflected in January's paycheck. 

If you have any questions regarding Open Enrollment, please contact the City of Austin Employee Benefits Division at (512) 974-3284.

For questions regarding the new Medicare Advantage Plan, please call (855) 380-8542 between the hours of 8am-8pm.
